Mrs. Barbara Frances Princelean (nee Pelley) Russell of Bay Roberts passed peacefully away at her private residence on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Mrs. Russell was 85 years old.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:
Sons: Maxwell J. Russell & Barry G. (Karen) Russell
Grandchildren: Joshua (Amanda), Aaron (Kaylie White), Shelby (Tyler) & Jillian (Bezart)
Great Grandchildren: Delilah, Emilia, Baby Boy Russell
Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Calvin (Evelyn) Russell, Lloyd Russell, Lawrence (Douglas) Russell, Joyce Clarke, Hilda (Rupert) Gushue & Doris Russell
Special Cousins: Joyce (Lloyd) King & Meleta Carberry

When I'm Gone
When I come to the end of my journey
And I travel my last weary mile
Just forget if you can, that I ever frowned
And remember only the smile
Forget unkind words I have spoken
Remember some good I have done
Forget that I ever had heartache
And remember I've had loads of fun
Forget that I've stumbled and blundered
And sometimes fell by the way
Remember I have fought some hard battles
And won, ere the close of the day
Then forget to grieve for my going
I would not have you sad for a day
But in summer just gather some flowers
And remember the place where I lay
And come in the shade of evening
When the sun paints the sky in the west
Stand for a few moments beside me
And remember only my best

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts on Thursday: 7-9 P.M. and Friday: 10:30-11:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Bay Roberts.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 2 P.M. from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church & Cemetery, Bay Roberts.
