Obituary for Bertha Florence Dawe (Petten)
Mrs. Bertha F. Dawe of Port de Grave passed peacefully away the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Mrs. Dawe was 81 years old.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:
Husband: Joseph Dawe
Children: Daphne (Calvin), Andrew (Denise), Paul (Brenda), Suzanne (Jeff) & Charlene (Shawn)
Grandchildren: Ryan (Shanda), Megan (Michael), Stephen (Stephanie), Brad (Melissa), David, Chelsea (Mitchell), Stephanie (Dennis) & Zachary
Great Grandchildren: Avery, Anna, Max & Parker
Sister: Daphne (Gerald)
Special Niece: Wendy (Dave) Russell
And a large circle of family & friends

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts, on Friday: 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. and Saturday: 10:30 A.M.–12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to Diabetes Canada.
The Funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from Slade’s Funeral Home, Bay Roberts with interment to follow at St. Luke’s Anglican Cemetery, Port de Grave.
Masks are required for both the visitation and funeral service.
