Mr. Dave W. Penney of Harbour Grace passed away suddenly at the Health Science Centre, St. John's on Friday, September 11, 2020. Mr. Penney was 64 years old.

A private service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from Edward Slade Memorial Chapel, Carbonear with interment to follow at the Salmon Cove United Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
Donations may be made in his loving memory to the Beagle Paws Rescue St. John's Chapter.
