Obituary for Diane Jones (Smith)
Mrs. Diane Jones of Bishop's Cove passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion on Sunday, December 18, 2022. Mrs. Jones was 82 years old.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:
Sons: Glen, Russell (Norma), & Brent (Lynn)
Grandchildren: Aaron, Brandon, Travis, Vanessa, Erin, Adam, Matthew & Justin
Sisters: Myrtle Hutchings, & Gertie (Winston) Adams
And a large circle of family and friends…

Daughter: Leslie Ann
Infant Daughter: Baby girl Jones
Parents: Louis & Dorothy Smith
Brother: Walter Smith
Brother-in-law: Arthur Hutchings
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, CBN Highway, Spaniards Bay on Monday: 7:30-9 P.M., Tuesday: 10:30 A.M. – 12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. & Wednesday: 10:30 A.M. – 12 Noon.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to the Alzheimer’s Society or to a Charity of One’s Choice.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2 P.M. from Slade’s Funeral Home, Spaniards Bay. Interment will follow at St. John Evangelist Cemetery, Bishop’s Cove.
