Obituary for Verna George
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 of our loving mother, grandmother, partner and friend Verna George, age 66 years.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:

Children: Jeanette (Fred), Corey (Melissa) & Jennifer (Jason)
Linny’s Children: Christy (Jeff) & Jeremy (Bonita)
Grandchildren: Andrew (Rebecca), Danika (Andrew), Aidan, Noah, Brookelyn (Trevonte), Emma (Kayson) & Lennon
Linny’s Grandchildren: Erica, Logan & Cole
Great Grandchildren: Peyton & Carter
Sister: Sadie
Special Friend: Vickie (Dave)
Fur Babies: Ginger & Munchins
And a large circle of close family and friends

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, Powell Drive, Carbonear on Monday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. and Tuesday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon.
