Wayne and Linda,
We were so sad to learn of Doreen’s recent death. Linda, as our neighbour more than 40 years ago you put me in touch with Doreen at Wescal’s where she got me a beautiful Christening gown for our newborn daughter Tara like the one you had bought for Philip. When we moved here to Bay Roberts I felt a connection with Doreen and when we’d occasionally meet she would speak fondly of you, Wayne and your family. Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your sister, Wayne. Doreen was a lovely lady and she will be missed in this community.

Doreen touched many people in a way few can. She taught me many things mostly how to treat people as you would want too be treated. I am grateful and blessed to have had her a part of my life. She was simply “marvelous “. God bless!

Gail, Gary and Wayne, very sorry for your loss. It was an honor to know Doreen. She had a genuine kind heart and was always willing to help and support. I remember many visits at her place, at mom's and drives to town. We had many sincere and inspiring conversations. Loved every minute that was spent with her. She will join Aunt Becky, mom, dad and many others in heaven. Gone but never forgotten.
