Mr. Francis “Frank” John Fowler of Makinsons, passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Mr. Fowler was 75 years old.

He leaves to mourn his loving family:

Sister-in-law: Elaine, & Mary

Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
