Obituary for Francis G. Murphy
Mr. Francis G. Murphy of Clarkes Beach, formerly of Labrador City, passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital after a brief battle with Cancer on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:

Daughters: Wanda (Wayne) Barnes & Trudy Murphy
Grandchildren: Dominique Andrews (Cameron), Joshua Gilbert (Kayla and daughter Lyla) & Taylor Barnes
Brothers: William (Jean) Murphy
Sisters: Molly (William) Burke, Catherine (Joseph) Mahon & Geraldine Bradshaw
Loving Pets: Fozzy Bear, Oscar, Myla, Bud & Chinook
And a large circle of family and dear friends

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts on Thursday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon, 1-4 P.M. & 6-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to Daffodil Place.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2 P.M. from St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Carbonear. This will be by invitation only.
Proof of vaccination and government issued identification will be needed for both visitation and the Funeral Service.
