Obituary for Gordon Jones
Mr. Gordon Jones of Upper Island Cove passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Mr. Jones was 90 years old.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:

Grandchildren: Gail (Warren), Tanya (Rob), Darrell (Sherri), Bradley (Lori-Anne), Crystal (Wade)
Greatgrandchildren: Brandon, Brent, Jordan, Joshua, Jacob, Jaden, Jaxson, Tyler, Dylan, Brady, Alyssa, Savanna, Dakota
And a large circle of nieces, nephews, family & friends…

The Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from St. Peter’s Anglican Church & Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, CRANES RD, UPPER ISLAND COVE on Tuesday: 2-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M., Wednesday: 10:30 A.M. – 5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M., and Thursday: 10:30 A.M.- 1 P.M.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his loving memory to St. Peter’s Anglican Church or Cemetery Fund.
