Mr. Gordon L. Murrin of Spaniard’s Bay passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, March 12, 2021. Mr. Murrin was 63 years old.

He leaves to mourn his loving family:
Wife: Marilyn Murrin
Son: Michael Murrin (Terri Ann)
Daughter: Michelle Murrin (Jamie)
Grandchildren: Emma, Brenden, Chase, Ella, Connor, Noah & Mya
Mother: Irene Murrin
Sisters: Carol Ann Barrett (Calvin) & Cindy Murrin
Brother-in-law: Calvin Noseworthy (Roxanne)
Sister-in-law: Brenda Noseworthy
Special Cousins: Ricky Clarke & Wayne Reid
Special Lifelong Friends: Melvin Mercer & Calvin Barrett
Special Fur Friends: Buddie, Maggie & Marley

And a large number of nieces, nephews, family & friends

Parents-in-law: Mark & Selena Noseworthy
Step Mother-in-law: Marion Noseworthy
Sisters-in-law: Joanne Noseworthy, Cherie Dove (Walt) & Lois Noseworthy

A private family burial will take place on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from Maul Tree Hill Anglican Cemetery, Spaniard’s Bay. This will be by invitation only. Mr. Murrin’s family will be welcoming relatives and friends at their home, prior to the private family burial.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Gordon L. Murrin Memorial Fund. (Email transfers can be sent to , password: Gordon. Please include a note stating what or whom the donation is for.)
