Obituary for Harry Mercer
Mr. Harry Mercer of Upper Island Cove passed peacefully away surrounded by family at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Mr. Mercer was 83 years old.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:
Daughters: Marlene (Keith), Peggy (Ron), & Tammy (Patrick)
Grandchildren: Lori (Irving), Peggy, Judson (Leslie-Ann), Niki (Ryan), Sasha (Edward), Samantha (Brandon), Summer (Joshua), & Dante
Great Grandchildren: Max, Rachel, Megan, Hailey, Annalee, Channing, Lane, Lynleigh, Damon, Letti, & Stormi
Siblings: Lewis (Mary), Bill (Rosiland), George (Marina), Edward (Debbie), Eileen (Neville), Mildred (Az), & Sadie (George)
Special Family Member: Ayla

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, Crane’s Rd, Upper Island Cove, on Wednesday: 10:30- 12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. and Thursday: 10:30 A.M. – 12 Noon
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 1st, 2022 at 2 P.M., at Slade’s Funeral Home, Upper Island Cove, with interment to follow at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations in his loving memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.

Mercer over the past 4 years.
