Obituary for Joseph Drover
Mr. Joseph Drover of Upper Island Cove passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Mr. Drover was 72 years old.
Joseph Drover was by all accounts a true family man. Everyone who knew him well can tell you about his strong passion for knowledge, ancestry and family heritage. He was a very kind and intelligent businessman who loved his community and his craft. He loved his family dearly and this was evident every single day of his life. His own family tree has grown beautifully with his wife, very much rooted in commitment, selflessness and love. We all love you very much, may you rest in peace.

Children: Stephen (Kelly), Michelle (Rod), David (Gwen) & Colleen (Marc)
Grandchildren: Jesse, Kaily, Joshua, Isabelle, Rebecca, Jaden & Lilianne

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, a private family interment will take place at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to the Carbonear Dialysis Department.
