Obituary for Judy Mary Noseworthy (McCarthy)
Mrs. Judy Mary Noseworthy of Spaniard’s Bay, passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Mrs. Noseworthy was 64 years old.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:
Daughter: Crystal (Chris)
Precious Grandson: Logan
Sisters: Joan (Don), Colleen (Lloyd), Marg & Pauline (Pat)
Brothers: Mike (Hazel), Gerard (Karen) & Paul (Stella)
Sisters-in-law: Mollie, Ruby (Jim) & Evelyn (Bob)
Brothers-in-law: Walt (Leona), Eric (Jayne) & Max (Christine)
Special Friends: Theresa & Calvin Smith, Linda Reardon & Helen Saunders
And a very large number of extended family and friends

Judy was a very hard working woman all of her life.
She was born into a very large family in Carbonear and worked for Terra Nova shoes from 1989 to 2015 when the factory in Harbour Grace closed.
After finishing work, she spent time with her family, cutting and storing wood with her brothers, and she well known for cutting large Christmas trees for her home.
The last two years, she spent most of her time with her precious grandson Logan who was the light of her life.
She will be missed beyond measure.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, 488 Conception Bay Highway, Spaniard’s Bay on Wednesday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Judy Noseworthy Memorial Fund. Email transfers can be sent to sladesfuneralhomenl@gmail.com, password: judynose. Closing Prayers will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from Slade’s Funeral Home, Spaniard’s Bay. Interment will follow at Greenhead Anglican Cemetery, Spaniard’s Bay.
