Obituary for Kay Penney

Ms. Kay M. Penney of Clarkes Beach, formally from Shearstown, passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her private residence on Friday, October 30, 2020. Ms. Penney was 68 years old.

She leaves to mourn:
