Obituary for Linda "Eileen" Martin (Dawe)
Linda (Eileen) Martin; June 10th, 1952 – Dec 24th, 2022
Passed away at Collingwood Downs, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, Eileen Martin of Cupids. Her family was by her side at her time of passing.
Predeceased by her parents Walter & May Dawe, Parents in law Fred & Carrie Martin and Sister in law Sylvia Dawson.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:
Husband: Leonard Martin
Son’s: Scott Martin, Frederick (Roxanne)Martin
Granddaughter: Ava Martin her pride and joy in life.
Brothers in law Dave(Beverly) Martin and Joe Dawson
Lifelong friend Rita Rose and her friend Edith Porter.
She also leaves a circle of relatives and special friends.
The family would like to send a thank you to David & Christine Candow, Lawrence & Christine Parsons and Dr. Adrian & Linda Lear for their help and caring at this difficult time.
A very special heartfelt thank you to Lisa Roberts and the staff at Collingwood Downs for their exceptional care and compassion. Words can’t express our thanks for treating Eileen as family in her time of need.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society – Newfoundland and Labrador.
As per Eileen’s wishes no visitation or funeral service will take place.
