MILDRED MARIE CLANCE
March 28, 1941 – September 3, 2020

” Mom lived and died as she loved…with a quiet strength.”

With heavy hearts and loving memories, the family remembers the life of Mildred Marie Clance who passed peacefully at her home in Tilton, NL on Thursday, September 3rd, 2020.

She leaves to mourn:

Ryan Benoit (Julie)
Nathan Wallace
Aaron Wallace
Timothy Rose (Kristen)
Ashley Hunter (Luc Bottineau)
Jenae Baumann (Ross)
Joel Lepage (Sam Brohman)
Logan Lepage

Great-Grandchildren: Gabrielle, Eternaty, Mykaelah, Gavin, Hadley, Lincoln, Charlotte, Aurora, Sadie, Mavis, Jayden, Abi, Elliot and Noah
Sisters-In-Law: Pauline Brown, Helen Burton (Kerwin), Sheila Dicks Clance, Joann Clance, Rose Leblanc, Brenda Rideout (Junior), and Fey Clance
Brother-In-Law: Paul Clance
And countless other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a large circle of friends

She leaves to join again with her husband and the love of her life: David Clance
Parents: Michael and Susannah Sullivan, Sisters: Clara Haas and Shirley Sullivan, Brothers: Benjamin and David Sullivan, Sisters-In-Law: Josephine Rogers and Theresa Clance and Brothers-In-Law: Thomas Haas, Sid Leblanc, Len Clance, Don Clance, Jerome Clance, Richard Rogers and Bill Brown

Cremation has been entrusted to Slade’s Funeral Home and has taken place. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, a funeral service will be held at a later date when family and friends can come together to celebrate her life. Her service and burial will take place in her home town of Brent’s Cove, NL. and family and friends will be notified.

In lieu of flowers as an expressions of sympathy, the family asks that you donate to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada for the research for a cure of dementia in all its forms.

Condolences to you all from the Harnum’s . Mildred was a very good friend and was always there to help whom ever see could . Very much involved with her church and as for that she spread herself to others . Heavens door came open without a doubt for you my friend .
