Ms. Phoebe Lynch of Upper Island Cove passed away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, March 28, 2022. Ms. Lynch was 83 years old.
She leaves to mourn:
Sisters: Evelyn Mercer & Hazel Mercer
and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and her loving family at Lane’s Retirement Living, Carbonear

Sister: Jessie (Will) Singleton
Brothers: Llewellyn (Gertie) Lynch & Gordon (Olive) Lynch
Brothers-in-law: Mose Mercer & Jimmy Mercer
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, Crane’s Road Upper Island Cove on Tuesday: 7:30 - 9 P.M. , Wednesday: 10:30A.M. - 12 Noon, 2 - 5 P.M. and 7 - 9 P.M., and Thursday: 10:30 A.M. - 1 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 2 P.M. from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Upper Island Cove.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
Masks are required for visitation and funeral service.
