Obituary for Rosemary Sullivan

In loving memory of Rosemary Sullivan (Stoyles) Bay Roberts, formerly of Bell Island who passed peacefully away in the loving arms of her daughters at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Mrs. Rosemary (Phoebe) Sullivan was aged 77 years.

Predeceased by her parents William and Mary (Cleary) Stoyles, Brothers - Gerald, Edward (Mary) , Joseph (Mary-deceased) , Charles ( Freda), and Augustine and sisters - Loretta, Elizabeth (Sterling Reese- deceased) , and Barbara (Nick Brown).
Leaving to mourn Sister- Margaret Farrell (Edward). Brothers - Francis (Geraldine-deceased); Ronald (Sadie); Brendan (Phyllis) and their families.

Forever cherished and sadly missed by her four daughters: Denise Sullivan , Judy Sullivan -Rose, Mary-lou Sullivan , Georgina Sullivan ,and son-in-law Scott Rose. Adored Grandsons: Shane Parsons (Gillian Curnew), Kyle Parsons, Kirby Parsons, Ethan Rose (Kaitlyn Fagan) and precious great-grandson Beau; all of whom she loved dearly.

Rose will be fondly remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother; for her quick wit, kind soul, and generous spirit. She touched the lives of many and worked tirelessly in her capacity as a driver for those with special needs; who she always treated as her own with dignity, kindness and compassion.

A special thank you to long time care giver Melissa Tuttle, Marg and Bill Granville, Dr. Jason Efford ,and Dr. Dawn Howse.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a local food bank or a children's charity of one's choice.

Cremation has taken place ....due to covid-19 restrictions a family service will take place at a later date.
